No. Clients receive a secure, unique link via email and can upload documents or sign files instantly — no account, no password, no app download. It takes less than 60 seconds.
How do the automatic reminders work?
Once you create a request, Support Lake sends an initial notification to your client. If they haven't responded within your chosen timeframe, automatic follow-up emails and SMS messages are sent on your behalf — until the job is done.
